Draftsman – Interior Design & Fit-Out

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Draftsman to join our interior design and fit‑out team in Dubai. The successful candidate will translate design concepts into precise technical drawings, supporting project delivery from concept through to installation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare technical, shop and detailed layout drawings for interior fit‑out projects.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, ceiling plans and detailed joinery drawings.
• Convert sketches and design concepts into accurate AutoCAD drawings.
• Revise drawings to reflect site conditions and project requirements.
• Coordinate with interior designers, project engineers and site teams.
• Produce detailed drawings for furniture, partitions, ceilings, flooring and other interior elements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
• Maintain documentation and drawing revision records.
• Provide technical clarification and drawing modifications to the project team.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Draftsman on interior design and fit‑out projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Experience with 3D software such as SketchUp or Revit is an advantage.
• Knowledge of shop drawings, joinery and furniture detailing.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
• Preferably based in the UAE with immediate availability.
