Drone Business Development Manager – Merchant

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive merchant acquisition and operational strategy for our drone delivery network. The role focuses on building partnerships with restaurants and food‑delivery merchants to expand our urban air mobility services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyse local restaurant merchants and the food‑delivery market to support drone network expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with target merchants, negotiate contracts and secure partnerships for drone logistics services.
• Manage the full merchant lifecycle: contract negotiation, signing, onboarding, product maintenance and marketing planning for key accounts and restaurant partners.
• Collaborate with technology, operations and management teams, providing market insights to guide product development and ensure alignment with operational capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales or account management with a proven record of closing complex deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Familiarity with drone logistics or emerging technology ecosystems.
