Duty Manager – Front Office

About the role

The Duty Manager – Front Office will oversee daily front‑office operations at Madinat Jumeirah Resort, ensuring service standards align with Jumeirah’s luxury brand. The role starts in September 2026 and supports both guest experience and departmental efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise front‑office activities and overall property operations to meet Jumeirah service standards.
• Conduct room inspections, manage availability, and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
• Coordinate departmental tasks to improve cooperation and service delivery.
• Handle booking situations, including over‑booking, and assist with VIP arrivals and departures.
• Monitor staff appearance and behavior, maintaining professional standards.
• Address guest complaints, coordinate corrective actions, and manage emergencies while adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Manage team performance, enforce company policies, and undertake additional duties as directed by management.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in hospitality or front‑office management.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hotel operations and service standards.
• Ability to lead a team, resolve issues quickly, and maintain high guest satisfaction.
