About the role
The Duty Manager will lead hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences at SO/ Hotels & Resorts in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise all hotel departments throughout the shift, maintaining operational standards.
- Address and resolve guest concerns and service requests promptly.
- Coordinate with department heads to guarantee smooth handovers and service continuity.
- Respond to emergencies, manage incidents, and document all occurrences.
- Prepare and submit shift reports, communicating key updates to senior management.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management.
- Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
