Housekeeping Room Attendant – Hotel Guest Services

About the role

Join our hotel team in Dubai as a Housekeeping Room Attendant, responsible for delivering a clean and welcoming environment for guests. You will ensure each guest room meets the highest standards of hygiene and comfort, contributing directly to the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and clean all surfaces and fixtures.
• Inspect rooms to confirm they are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or lost property to the appropriate department.
• Handle guests’ belongings and lost‑and‑found items following proper procedures.
• Respond politely and professionally to guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping equipment and supplies.
• Follow health, safety, hygiene, and hotel policies at all times.
• Complete assigned rooms within the required time while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor regarding room status and special requests.
