About the role
The Duty Manager acts as the primary ambassador for Anantara Hotels in Abu Dhabi, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. This role combines guest service excellence with operational oversight, supporting both visitors and team members across all hotel areas.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily hotel operations to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
- Keep all team members informed about room types, rates, facilities, food & beverage outlets, spa, and health club offerings.
- Monitor guest arrivals, manage requests, and ensure reservations are processed promptly.
- Support front‑office staff, resolve issues, and uphold brand standards throughout the property.
Required profile
- College degree in hotel management or a related field.
- Previous experience in a front‑office or guest‑service role.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
