Duty Manager

About the role

Radisson Dubai Damac Hills is looking for a Duty Manager to lead the Front Office team and ensure a seamless, secure guest experience. The role combines operational oversight, staff development and guest satisfaction responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all guests are treated efficiently and courteously while meeting Radisson standards.
• Train, coach and mentor new Front Office staff.
• Maintain front‑office quality standards, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve communication and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in daily room inventory management to optimise revenue and guest experience.
• Supervise concierge, one‑touch service and front desk operations, maximising use of Hotelkit.
• Manage the Radisson Rewards membership program and recognise members.
• Drive up‑selling programmes and brand‑standard initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year front‑desk experience in a similar capacity.
• Pro‑active, hands‑on approach with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Passion for hospitality and ability to adapt to changing service environments.
• Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
• Integrity and a commitment to delivering excellence.
• Ability to work collaboratively across all hotel departments.

• Competitive salary package of AED 4,000‑4,500 per month plus an average service charge of AED 700.
