E-Commerce Manager – Arabic Speaker

About the role

OnTheList, Asia’s first members‑only flash‑sales platform, is expanding its presence in the GCC. We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking E‑Commerce Manager to lead the launch and growth of our online business in Saudi Arabia while reporting to the General Manager in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Define, prioritize and deliver a 3‑year e‑commerce roadmap for the GCC region, balancing growth initiatives, platform investments and operational improvements.
• Build the launch playbook and readiness checklist for new GCC markets, covering payment localisation, logistics partners, customer‑service coverage, content localisation, legal and tax requirements.
• Identify data‑driven growth opportunities across user experience, merchandising, CRM and performance marketing.
• Run weekly and monthly performance rhythms, tracking traffic, conversion, average order value, repeat rate, fulfillment and customer‑service KPIs.
• Ensure the website showcases luxury products beautifully, operates flawlessly and delivers a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience in e‑commerce strategy, operations and market launch within the retail or luxury sector.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, marketing, logistics and legal teams.
