About the role
As a Senior Brand Manager you will lead brand strategies, plans and execution for one or more brands, channels, product lines or categories, owning the Integrated Brand Plan and initiative master plan to drive brand growth and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies and plans that translate objectives into measurable growth.
- Own and deliver the Integrated Brand Plan and initiative master plan with clear priorities and timely delivery.
- Make brand investment decisions based on P&L considerations to maximize profitability.
- Design and execute plans to win with key customers and channels.
- Identify and lead new ideas, techniques, procedures, services or products through collaboration and continuous learning.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 4 to 7 years of relevant marketing experience, including brand management, category management or related commercial roles.
- Experience in the FMCG industry preferred.
- Arabic speaking is a plus.
