E-commerce Operations Supervisor – Amazon Marketplace

About the role

We are looking for an experienced E‑commerce Operations Supervisor to lead our Amazon.ae store in the United Arab Emirates. The role will drive product, pricing, promotion and advertising strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Amazon UAE marketplace, including product lifecycle, new launches and slow‑moving SKU improvement.
• Develop and execute category and SKU sales plans, inventory replenishment forecasts and advertising budgets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion, ROAS and ACOS.
• Optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, keywords and A+ Content) to improve visibility and conversion.
• Plan and run major promotional campaigns aligned with the Amazon calendar (Ramadan, Eid, White Friday, Prime Day, etc.).
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Retail teams to ensure seamless execution of pricing, inventory and promotion plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least three years of hands‑on Amazon marketplace experience, preferably in the UAE or other Middle‑East markets.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Results‑oriented, self‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.
