E-Commerce Specialist – 12‑Month Project in Dubai

About the role

We are recruiting an E‑Commerce Specialist for a 12‑month project with a world‑leading pharmaceutical company based in Dubai. The role focuses on managing key e‑commerce accounts across the GCC, driving commercial performance and supporting data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with key e‑commerce customers in KSA and the UAE, driving joint business plans and commercial execution.
• Own the P&L of assigned accounts, steering the business with strong commercial discipline.
• Lead negotiations for product listings, visibility, retail media and trade terms.
• Optimize product content and page quality to improve visibility and conversion.
• Plan, launch and optimise retail media campaigns across leading e‑commerce platforms.
• Track ratings, reviews, search performance, pricing, stock levels and media investments with precision.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital commerce or omnichannel roles, preferably managing GCC accounts.
• Experience in FMCG, beauty or consumer health; OTC or e‑pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
