E-commerce Specialist

About the role

Club L London is seeking an E‑commerce Specialist to lead the commercial performance of its GCC and Australia digital business. Based at the Dubai headquarters, you will own day‑to‑day trading across D2C and wholesale channels, delivering a best‑in‑class, locally‑relevant customer experience in both English and Arabic.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the GCC D2C website, overseeing the full customer journey on English and Arabic storefronts.
• Develop and execute weekly trading plans, product launches, promotions and campaigns.
• Optimise merchandising, navigation, search and conversion to maximise revenue, AOV and margin.
• Localise all content, campaigns and communications for GCC audiences, championing the Arabic experience.
• Support and grow wholesale e‑commerce partners, ensuring brand consistency and strong commercial results.
• Monitor performance, conduct QA, and collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Buying, Operations and Technology teams.
• Produce regular trading reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of e‑commerce experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
• Proven track record of driving online sales and improving conversion metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic actions.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
