About the role

Falcon British Nursery, the leading nursery on Abu Dhabi Island, is expanding its team of early years practitioners and teachers. You will work with children aged 0‑4 years, delivering high‑quality care and learning in a dynamic, safety‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and engage children aged 0‑4 years.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team and take on leadership or project tasks.
• Contribute ideas for the continuous improvement of the institution.
• Maintain high standards of safety and follow all nursery policies.
• Assess and plan children’s learning in line with the EYFS framework.
• Keep accurate records of each child’s progress and attainment.

Required profile

• Passionate about early childhood education.
• Team‑player with a proactive attitude.
• Willing to assume leadership or project responsibilities.
• Committed to excellence, safety, and policy compliance.
• Qualified with an attested degree or equivalent.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
• Strong record‑keeping and documentation abilities.
• Ability to assess and plan child‑centered learning activities.
