E‑Commerce Operations Manager

About the role

The company is a fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer health and wellness brand looking for an experienced eCommerce Operations Manager to own day‑to‑day operational activities in the United Arab Emirates. You will bring structure, clarity and accountability to a high‑performance environment, building and refining processes that enable rapid scaling.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve daily business operations, ensuring efficient priorities, processes and workflows.
• Design, document, implement and optimise SOPs, operational workflows and internal systems for scalable growth.
• Coordinate supply‑chain, logistics and other critical eCommerce activities to maintain business continuity.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and gaps, then develop and execute practical solutions.
• Introduce greater organisation, accountability and structure across teams and processes.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives, keeping projects, priorities and deliverables on track.
• Support recruiting activities, including candidate coordination and interviewing.
• Monitor and evolve operational processes as the business expands.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of operations management experience in a direct‑to‑consumer or eCommerce environment.
• Proven track record of creating, implementing and continuously improving SOPs and operational systems.
• Strong organisational and project‑coordination abilities with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously in a lean, global team and drive visible impact.
