Education Programs Manager - Innovation

About the role

The Education Programs Manager – Innovation will lead the design, development and delivery of cutting‑edge academic programmes that integrate innovation and digital health into the Dubai Health Authority ecosystem and its academic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and expand a diversified portfolio of innovation programmes, including curricula, bootcamps, hackathons and fellowship tracks.
• Build a strategic roadmap for learning in innovation and healthcare technologies across MBRU and other partner colleges.
• Implement a longitudinal innovation learning programme within the MD curriculum and replicate it across nursing and dentistry colleges.
• Manage and grow post‑graduate and professional programmes in digital health and innovation.
• Establish and maintain local, regional and international learning partnerships.
• Coordinate design sprints, bootcamps and hackathons, both locally and internationally.
• Oversee course material preparation, examination logistics and student record maintenance.
• Ensure internal verification and moderation of assessments in line with university standards.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in designing and managing educational programmes, preferably in healthcare or technology domains.
• Proven ability to work with academic institutions, accreditation bodies and external partners.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on compliance, monitoring outcomes and reporting.
