EHSMS Manager – Anantara The Palm Dubai

About the role

Minor Hotels is seeking an experienced EHSMS Manager to lead the Environmental, Health, Safety, and Management System at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and continuously improving the EHS Management System across the property while ensuring full compliance with UAE legislation and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the EHS Management System in line with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, Dubai Municipality, and Civil Defence regulations.
• Lead internal audits, risk assessments, management reviews and corrective‑action processes.
• Investigate incidents, manage contractor safety, and oversee PTW, PPE, and MSDS compliance.
• Conduct regular inspections covering food safety, water quality, pool safety, pest control and safe work practices.
• Deliver safety inductions, emergency drills, first‑aid training and promote a strong safety culture.
• Maintain EHS documentation, prepare monthly KPI reports and support ESG and sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate safety committees and departmental safety representatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in EHS management within the hospitality or similar sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE health‑safety legislation, Dubai Municipality and Civil Defence requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead audits, risk assessments and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
