Electrical BIM Modeler

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Electrical BIM Modeler to join our team. The successful candidate will create, manage, and update electrical Building Information Models (BIM) to support project design, coordination, and construction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for lighting, power distribution, fire alarm and other electrical systems.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and other disciplines to ensure model coordination and clash detection.
• Produce detailed drawings, schedules and reports directly from the BIM model.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards and codes.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation and as‑built models.
• Support project teams during design reviews and construction phases using tools such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP and Navisworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology or a related field.
• At least 1 year of proven experience as an Electrical BIM Modeler or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of electrical design and construction processes.
• Proficiency with BIM software (Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks).
