Electrical Foreman

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead electrical installation activities on construction sites in the UAE. The role involves supervising electricians, coordinating with MEP teams, and ensuring work meets quality, safety and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical installation tasks on site.
• Lead electricians, technicians and subcontractor crews.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts and specifications.
• Oversee installation of conduits, cable trays, cables, wiring, distribution boards, lighting and power systems.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress and ensure manpower, materials and tools are available.
• Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with HSE procedures.
• Report daily progress to the Electrical Engineer and resolve site issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of electrical installation experience in building construction.
• Strong MEP background with proven foreman experience.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and specifications.
• Experience working in the UAE or GCC environment is preferred.
• Leadership, communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
