Electrical Inspector – High‑rise Construction

About the role

Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced Electrical Inspector to join its Supervision team in Dubai. You will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical installations across high‑rise residential and commercial projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed on‑site inspections of wiring, lighting, power distribution, panels and related systems.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications and documentation to verify code compliance.
• Monitor electrical works throughout the construction phase and ensure alignment with project specifications.
• Prepare comprehensive inspection reports with photographic evidence and submit findings to the project manager or client.
• Guarantee that all installations satisfy UAE regulations, safety standards and quality assurance requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience as an Electrical Inspector or in a comparable role.
• Proven track record on high‑rise building and residential construction projects in the UAE.
• Experience working exclusively with consulting firms.
