Electrical Maintenance Supervisor – P5-OHB

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance activities of electrical equipment within our plant. The role ensures equipment availability, reliability and safety while coordinating resources and teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise preventive and predictive maintenance programmes for all plant electrical assets.
• Monitor execution of maintenance tasks, ensure compliance with safety procedures and issue isolation certificates and work permits.
• Provide technical support, prepare scopes of work, manage contracts and cost reporting for equipment repairs.
• Investigate equipment failures, perform root‑cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Supervise testing, commissioning and shutdown activities, including major overhauls.
• Control material availability, prepare spare parts lists and issue purchase requisitions.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial plant.
• Proven ability to lead a maintenance team and manage resources.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, risk assessments and isolation procedures.
