Electrical Wiring Supervisor – Control & Relay Panels

About the role

The Electrical Wiring Supervisor will lead the installation and commissioning of control and relay panels within high‑voltage substations. Reporting to the project manager, you will allocate resources, monitor progress and ensure safe, on‑time delivery of electrical works.

Key responsibilities

• Estimate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for electrical and mechanical materials.
• Plan and monitor manpower utilisation, work schedules and budget adherence.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks covering procedures, tool usage and safety measures.
• Ensure installation drawings are current and used correctly on site.
• Supervise the team to deliver quality workmanship and meet project standards.
• Provide inputs during planning and review meetings and prepare daily progress reports.

Required profile

• Vocational or advanced vocational diploma in the electrical field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in power distribution or transmission, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing manpower and overseeing electrical installations.
