Electronics Technician II

About the role

Valiant Integrated Services is seeking an Electronics Technician II to support the maintenance of simulation equipment in Sharjah. The role involves both preventive and corrective work on complex electronic systems to ensure training devices remain operational and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on simulation equipment, including repairs, component replacement, and wiring.
• Take test readings using instruments such as digital multimeters, signal generators, semiconductor testers, curve tracers and oscilloscopes.
• Maintain and troubleshoot simulator computer operating systems and network architecture.
• Fabricate or modify electronic devices and install related hardware or software.
• Communicate maintenance status and impacts to site management and assist with logistics and inventory tasks.
• Work rotating shifts and weekends as required by government contract specifications.

Required profile

• Active Secret clearance.
• Graduate of a two‑year Electronics Technician program or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an Electronics Maintenance Simulator Technician II and 4 years overall simulator maintenance experience.
• Preferred A+ and Security+ certifications.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English and adapt to multicultural environments.
