Emirati Lawyer – Litigation & Corporate Law

About the role

MTA Mohamed Al Linjawi Advocates & Legal Consultants is seeking an Emirati Lawyer to join its dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will work on a broad spectrum of contentious and non‑contentious matters, supporting both corporate and private clients across the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare well‑reasoned legal opinions.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Assist with litigation and arbitration proceedings, including case preparation and court appearances.
• Attend client meetings, understand client objectives, and provide tailored legal advice.
• Liaise with courts, governmental authorities, and other stakeholders as required.

Required profile

• UAE national with a Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Eligibility to register or practice before UAE courts where applicable.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and organizational abilities.
• High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
