Engagement Manager – Government & Public Sector (Tourism)

About the role

Oliver Wyman is expanding its UAE practice and seeks an Engagement Manager to lead projects for government and public institutions, with a focus on tourism. Based in Dubai, you will work with a high‑performing team to shape strategy and drive impact for public‑sector clients across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day project execution, from hypothesis development to solution delivery.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring practical and cohesive recommendations.
• Develop and present strategic insights on economic, social, fiscal, and tourism‑related initiatives.
• Build strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders.
• Contribute to thought leadership and firm growth within the public‑sector practice.

Required profile

• Degree from a top academic institution.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably with a top‑tier strategy consulting firm.
• Proven track record leading projects for governmental or public‑sector clients, ideally in the GCC.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
