Engineering Apprenticeship Program – UAE National

About the role

This 12‑month Engineering Apprenticeship gives UAE nationals hands‑on exposure across Field Service, Engineering, Service Operations and Digitalisation teams. You will work on real projects such as outage execution, commissioning support and continuous‑improvement initiatives that keep energy infrastructure reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through field service assignments, supporting maintenance, outage execution, commissioning and inspection activities.
• Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting, data collection and reporting for ongoing projects.
• Participate in technical, business and leadership training modules and obtain relevant certifications.
• Collaborate with multicultural teams, mentors and managers to deliver project deliverables on time.
• Maintain personal development plan, seek feedback and demonstrate readiness for a permanent role.

Required profile

• Technical Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduate or up to two years of relevant experience.
• Strong digital literacy and proficiency in English for effective communication.
• Demonstrated learning agility, problem‑solving attitude and leadership potential.
