Engineering Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on Engineering Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations of our hospitality facility in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for ensuring all engineering systems run smoothly, while maintaining high safety and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise in‑house and external maintenance teams, monitoring performance, attendance and work quality.
• Allocate, schedule and oversee daily maintenance and preventive‑maintenance (PPM) tasks.
• Conduct routine and emergency maintenance, inspect equipment, and ensure functionality and safety.
• Prepare and submit inspection, repair and maintenance reports in line with club standards.
• Lead, coach and motivate team members, supporting departmental training programmes.
• Enforce cleanliness, grooming, uniform standards and fire, health and hygiene protocols.
• Participate in emergency response drills and perform additional duties to support operations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in hotel or facility maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and overall building systems.
• Proven experience managing PPM schedules and maintenance documentation.
• Good communication, leadership and documentation abilities.
• Awareness of IT and security policies, with willingness to attend related sessions.
