Engineering Trainee – MEA (One-year)

About the role

This one‑year Engineering Trainee position supports regional engineering operations across the Middle East & Africa (MEA). The role offers hands‑on experience building a component matrix for GIS substations while developing technical analysis and business skills under close mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Support services engineering projects from concept through execution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as the MEA Parts Hub, sales and operations.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, quality requirements and safety regulations.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation and, when required, participate in site visits and inspections.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and engineering best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Electromechanical, Energy or a related engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduate or graduate within the last two years.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
• Preference for UAE nationals holding a Family Book.
