English Lead Teacher & EYFS Practitioner

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic English Lead Teacher who will also act as an EYFS practitioner at our Falcon British Nursery in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering high‑quality English instruction to early years children, both in‑person and through virtual sessions, fostering a love of language and storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging English lessons for EYFS children.
• Integrate virtual teaching tools alongside face‑to‑face instruction.
• Observe, assess and record children’s progress to inform next‑step planning.
• Create benchmarked lesson plans that align with the nursery’s curriculum.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of teaching experience with verifiable references.
• Relevant qualification such as CACHE Level 3 or an Early Years Degree.
• Passion for watching children grow and learn.
• Creative storytelling ability and strong multitasking skills.

Required skills

• Ability to design and deliver curriculum‑aligned lessons.
• Proficiency in using virtual classroom platforms.
• Effective observation and assessment techniques.
