Enrollment Advisor – Agent Business (South Asia)

About the role

We are looking for a driven Enrollment Advisor to join our high‑energy sales team in Dubai. Reporting to the Senior Director of Enrollment, you will promote Hult’s top‑ranked Master’s programmes across South Asia by building and managing agent relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate year‑over‑year growth in lead volume through business development activities.
• Identify, onboard and nurture agent partnerships throughout South Asia.
• Present Hult programmes via outreach campaigns, webinars, masterclasses and events.
• Meet and exceed seasonal and annual enrollment targets.
• Manage a large pipeline of prospective applicants using Salesforce CRM.
• Convert enquiries into completed applications while maintaining strong conversion rates.
• Guide candidates through the enrollment process, including financial‑aid discussions.
• Conduct interviews to assess applicant fit and support admissions decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and strong English proficiency.
• 3+ years of proven success in sales, business development or recruitment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a results‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Salesforce CRM (preferred).
