Enrollment Data Analyst

About the role

The Enrollment Data Analyst will join Zayed University’s enrollment team in Abu Dhabi, turning student‑related data into actionable insights that support Deans, Associate Deans and other university stakeholders. The role focuses on extracting, visualising and forecasting enrollment trends using the university’s information systems.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support Banner 8 and related administrative software.
• Provide technical and functional assistance for Banner and data‑retrieval systems used by Enrollment Services.
• Download and integrate student data from Scientia into Banner.
• Promote effective use and understanding of Scientia across the department.
• Generate scheduled and ad‑hoc reports from Banner and other tools.
• Ensure data integrity for attendance, entry/exit records and other student information.
• Maintain Faculty Access, Parent Access and Attendance systems for the Abu Dhabi campus.
• Run diagnostics on semester schedules and resolve room allocation issues.
• Secure system access and support the Enrollment Services manager in delivering accurate information to senior leadership.
• Provide data analysis for the Careers Unit to inform graduate employment strategies.
• Deliver training on data gathering and analysis to Enrollment Services staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum five years of data analysis experience within a university setting.
• IT background with experience in scheduling or education software.
• Strong knowledge of Banner and other educational software platforms.
