Enterprise Account Executive – Dubai

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a senior Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic engagements with its most influential customers in the United Arab Emirates. Based in Dubai, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding enterprises through multi‑cloud transformations and helping them unlock the power of AI‑driven CRM.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for a portfolio of high‑value enterprise accounts, from prospecting to closing.
• Develop and execute account strategies that align with customer business objectives and drive multi‑cloud adoption.
• Build executive relationships and secure senior‑level sponsorship across target organizations.
• Collaborate with solution engineers, product specialists, and partner teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets and growth metrics.

Required profile

• Proven track record of selling complex, high‑value enterprise solutions, preferably in the technology or SaaS sector.
• Strong understanding of CRM, cloud services, and AI applications in business.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior executives.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
