Enterprise Account Executive – SaaS Sales

About the role

Elastic is looking for a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to drive adoption of its AI‑powered search, observability and security platform across new mid‑market accounts in the Dubai region. The role covers the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on acquiring new logos and expanding the company’s footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Elastic’s AI‑search, observability and security solutions within new and existing mid‑market accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers transform data into actionable insights.
• Position Elastic as the preferred Search AI platform by speaking fluently about cloud economics, usage‑based pricing and modern data architectures.
• Identify and develop new use cases, showcase value of open‑source and commercial features.
• Lead complex sales cycles, using MEDDPICC qualification and collaborating with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing and RevOps.

Required profile

• Proven track record of exceeding SaaS subscription targets in large strategic or public‑sector accounts.
• Strong focus on acquiring new logos with demonstrated success.
• Excellent executive negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build credibility with both technical developers and senior leadership.
• Consistent, accurate forecasting and deal‑strategy alignment across teams.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of search, observability and security technologies.
• Fluency in cloud concepts, cost optimisation and usage‑based pricing models.
• Experience with open‑source platforms and community ecosystems.
