Enterprise Solutions Engineer (Dubai)

About the role

ElevenLabs is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to help customers in the UAE adopt its AI‑driven voice, chat and multimedia platforms. You will work with large enterprises and fast‑growing startups to design, integrate and scale intelligent solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative and ElevenAPI.
• Design, prototype and deploy voice and chat agents at scale, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Provide technical guidance, testing, monitoring and troubleshooting throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to feedback customer needs and influence roadmap.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑grade AI or cloud solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, high‑velocity environment.
