Entertainment Creative Manager

About the role

The Entertainment Creative Manager will lead the creative vision and execution of all entertainment offerings across Miral Experiences’ portfolio. This senior role combines talent casting, show production, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver a year‑round calendar of high‑impact live experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead brainstorming sessions and develop creative concepts for shows and events.
• Design and implement audition and casting strategies for a multicultural talent pool.
• Book and manage talent for special events across all properties.
• Oversee creative content creation, presentations, and updates for internal and external partners.
• Maintain strong global relationships with talent agents, managers, and production vendors.
• Establish a feedback system to ensure show quality and high‑performance standards.
• Drive internal talent development, coaching, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Stage Managers, and other departments to align activations with business KPIs.
• Manage the events calendar, oversee installations, and act as entertainment manager on duty when required.
• Occasional international travel to support productions and talent sourcing.

Required profile

• College degree or equivalent professional experience in theatrical acting, improvisation, physical comedy, dance, scripting, singing, composing, or musicianship.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in entertainment production, casting, or creative management.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale live entertainment projects and manage diverse talent.
