About the role
We are looking for an Estimator to drive cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering and contractor claim management for our construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves close collaboration with procurement, finance and project teams to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for all projects.
- Develop detailed cost estimates, budgets and financial reports.
- Handle tender processes, evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts.
- Manage contractor claims and ensure proper documentation.
- Conduct material cost analysis and support procurement activities.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Required profile
- Minimum 24 months (2 years) of experience in estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering and cost control.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and produce financial reports.
- No specific academic qualifications mentioned.
