Estimator & Quantity Surveyor

About the role

Revive Renovation is looking for an on‑site Estimator & Quantity Surveyor to join its Dubai team. You will prepare accurate cost estimates and Bills of Quantities for a variety of renovation projects, ensuring alignment with design specifications and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs and client requirements.
• Perform detailed quantity take‑offs from AutoCAD drawings, PDFs and design packages.
• Prepare cost estimates for villa, apartment, commercial fit‑out, custom joinery, swimming pools, landscaping, flooring, gypsum, bathroom and MEP works.
• Analyse drawings and specifications to capture all cost components.
• Request, evaluate and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering and Project Management teams.
• Prepare commercial proposals, BOQs and tender submissions.
• Identify scope gaps, design conflicts and commercial risks during the tender stage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in estimating and quantity surveying, including interior fit‑out and custom joinery.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction methods, supplier pricing, subcontractor rates and market trends.
• Ability to independently prepare complete project estimates from concept to tender submission.
