About the role

Join the Events team at Park Dubai as an Event Planning Coordinator – Wedding Specialist. You will be the primary point of contact for couples and clients seeking destination weddings and social events at our five‑star property, ensuring each celebration reflects the luxury standards of the Hyatt brand.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of wedding and social events, from initial inquiry to final execution.
• Develop and present customized wedding proposals that align with market trends and client expectations.
• Collaborate with hotel departments—including catering, spa, and meeting spaces—to deliver seamless experiences.
• Maintain strong relationships with local vendors and the Dubai market to enhance the hotel’s wedding portfolio.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the hotel’s overall revenue goals.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in a similar role at a 5‑star hotel, focusing on wedding planning and execution.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Dubai luxury market and destination‑wedding trends.
• Ability to represent and uphold the Park brand’s values.
