Execution Supervisor

About the role

The Execution Supervisor will support planning, development, control and reporting of project activities at the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant during the execution phase. This role serves as the primary liaison between Nawah Energy Company’s Site Projects Team and contractors responsible for installation, commissioning and turnover activities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for all installation, commissioning and turnover planning activities and coordinate with sub‑contractors to ensure alignment.
• Oversee installation planning for assigned projects, ensuring schedules contain correct logic, durations and resources.
• Verify that installation activities are planned and scheduled on time, meeting maintenance and outage planning milestones.
• Participate in constructability and operability review meetings to exchange relevant information.
• Provide oversight to guarantee quality work, compliance with design, nuclear and industrial safety standards, and timely execution.
• Establish metrics to track installation progress and identify potential risks.
• Monitor, identify and report issues related to engineering, safety, quality, schedule and cost, and support recovery planning.
• Represent the project team in daily plant schedule and turnover meetings as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project execution, installation planning or a similar field.
