Grouting Supervisor

About the role

The Grouting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all grouting activities on board vessels and at job sites. Reporting to the Field Engineer and Barge Superintendent, the role ensures safe, efficient, and quality-driven grouting operations in line with client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all grouting operations on vessels and job sites.
• Operate Recirculating Continuous Mixer (RCM) and jet mixer pump.
• Manage Grout Riggers, Grouting Operators, and the Grout Supervisor assigned to the project.
• Issue and control safety gear for the crew.
• Apply approved procedures according to client specifications.
• Maintain responsibility for all grouting equipment and spare parts, ensuring backup supplies are always available.
• Oversee crew safety, production, and quality.
• Conduct toolbox meetings to promote safety awareness.
• Coordinate with the plant workshop for equipment maintenance or modifications.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Minimum 8 years total experience, including at least 5 years in plant mechanical works.
• 3‑5 years experience operating jet mixers and RCM grouting pumps.
