About the role
The Executive Assistant provides daily administrative support to the Line Manager, handling communications, scheduling, and document management in a timely and professional manner.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Line Manager’s communications, act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organise meetings, maintain the appointment diary, and prepare agendas to avoid conflicts.
- Draft reports, memos, circulars and other correspondence as required.
- Translate documents between Arabic and English while preserving meaning and style.
- Handle filing, archiving, and retrieval of documents ensuring confidentiality.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with Facilities Management or Procurement.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for the Line Manager.
Required profile
- Minimum of a Higher Diploma.
- Full proficiency in English and Arabic.
- 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
- Intermediate computer literacy, e.g., MS Office.
