About the role
We are seeking an Executive Customer Service Representative to join our team in Business Bay, Dubai. The role involves providing professional support to customers through various channels, ensuring high satisfaction and timely resolution of inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person.
- Handle complaints and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Process customer requests, orders, and service inquiries.
- Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records.
Required profile
- Minimum education: Intermediate School.
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

- Salary: 3,000 – 5,000 AED per month.
