About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic students to join our event company as part‑time Business Developers. The position focuses on outbound calling to introduce our services to potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients following a prepared script.
- Present the company’s event services and answer basic queries.
- Schedule meetings or follow‑up calls for senior sales staff.
- Maintain accurate records of contacts and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Achieve weekly call and conversion targets.
Required profile
- Fluent in Russian with good conversational English.
- Currently enrolled as a student (any field of study).
- Available for 2–3 shifts per week with a flexible schedule.
- Willingness to increase workload to 5–6 days per week in the future.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Russian language.
- Strong verbal communication in English.
