Executive Director / Managing Director – Wealth Management

About the role

The firm is seeking an Executive Director / Managing Director to lead its wealth franchise in Dubai’s DIFC. This senior, client‑facing position will leverage a multi‑line platform to serve UHNW, family office and HNW clients with sophisticated investment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship holder for UHNW, family office and HNW clients.
• Develop and implement tailored wealth strategies across the firm’s multi‑line platform.
• Introduce clients to venture secondaries, SPVs, equity strategies, structured products, fixed income and OCIO solutions.
• Work with the in‑house investment team to construct portfolio solutions in public and private markets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance during onboarding, documentation and periodic reviews.

Required profile

• 10+ years experience as a private banker, relationship manager or wealth advisor to UHNW, family office and HNW clients.
• Established base of private client assets and a proven record of client retention and growth.
• Strong knowledge of investments, banking and credit products, including alternatives and structured products.
• Residency in the GCC or willingness to relocate to Dubai’s DIFC.
• Relevant regulatory qualifications (DFSA or equivalent) and impeccable professional reputation.
