Executive Driver

About the role

The Executive Driver provides safe, comfortable, and efficient transportation for the Group Chief Financial Officer and other senior passengers. The role demands meticulous planning, vehicle upkeep, and a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and follow optimal routes, checking maps, traffic, and weather reports before each trip.
• Advise the Global Head of Compliance on adverse conditions and suggest alternative routes or timing adjustments.
• Maintain the vehicle’s mechanical health, cleanliness, and appearance, including checking fluids, tire pressure, and fuel levels.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments, arrange alternate transportation when needed, and oversee third‑party maintenance providers.
• Uphold professional conduct, proper grooming, and dress code; remain sober and refrain from using alcohol, illegal drugs, or impairing medication while on duty.
• Follow passenger instructions without argument, avoid unsolicited conversation, and respect confidentiality.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Good knowledge of UAE locations, banks, postal services, and related departments.
• Minimum one year of professional driving experience, preferably with public‑relations exposure.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high standard of professionalism and composure under pressure.
