About the role

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As an Executive Lounge Manager‑Supervisor, you’ll lead daily operations of the Executive Lounge, delivering memorable experiences that brighten every guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

Lead daily execution of Executive Lounge service standards to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience.
Uphold brand and quality standards to exceed expectations of executive and VIP guests.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries and complaints.
Maintain lounge presentation by keeping guest supplies stocked and ensuring cleanliness and service standards.
Develop and coach team members on hotel services, VIP preferences, and local attractions.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
