Experienced Butcher & Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced butcher with strong supervisory abilities to join our Dubai team. The role involves hands‑on butchery, ensuring product quality, and leading a small crew in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform professional butchery and meat preparation, including cutting, trimming, deboning, portioning and preparing beef, lamb, chicken and other products.
• Maintain high standards of product quality, freshness, presentation and hygiene in accordance with UAE food safety and HACCP procedures.
• Supervise, train and allocate daily tasks to junior butchers, monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Manage stock levels, label, rotate and store meat products while minimizing waste.
• Coordinate with kitchen, sales and management teams, and report operational issues or equipment problems.

Required profile

• Previous professional experience as a butcher; supervisory or team‑lead experience strongly preferred.
• Arabic speaking is mandatory; good English communication skills required.
• Currently residing in Dubai, UAE and able to work in a chilled/production environment.
• Physically fit, organized and able to maintain high standards under pressure.
