Experienced Property Consultant – Dubai Real Estate

About the role

ALV Global Properties is expanding its Dubai team and seeks an experienced Property Consultant to drive sales and leasing activities. The role focuses on off‑plan, secondary market and leasing transactions for residential and commercial assets in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales through qualified leads, networking and CRM follow‑up.
• Sell and lease residential and commercial properties across off‑plan, secondary and leasing segments.
• Conduct professional property viewings and client meetings.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with buyers, sellers and investors.
• Negotiate terms and close property transactions successfully.
• Stay updated on Dubai market trends, new developments and competitor activity.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of Dubai real‑estate experience in off‑plan, secondary sales or leasing.
• Own UAE residence visa and a valid UAE driving licence (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and customer‑focused.

Required skills

• Excellent English communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems for lead management.
