Experienced Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join Engage Selection in Dubai. The role supports the sales team by managing schedules, documentation, and client interactions, ensuring smooth order processing and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with schedule management and distribution of sales documentation.
• Prepare sales quotations, negotiate terms and follow up with clients.
• Respond to online and telephone inquiries in a calm, friendly manner.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer files.
• Liaise between internal departments and clients to deliver suitable solutions within cost and time constraints.
• Schedule deliveries and track orders using office technologies.
• Develop long‑term relationships with customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales coordination of security or storage systems.
• Background in interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities and work independently with guidance.
• Team player who collaborates effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Technical understanding of company products and ability to follow documented procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP software.
