Expert - Technical Equipment Engineering

About the role

The Expert – Technical Equipment Engineering will lead the planning and technical oversight of equipment systems that support AD Ports Group’s international operations. This position ensures that all technical equipment functions efficiently, reliably, and in line with the Group’s high standards across its ports, logistics, and maritime clusters.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed plans for the installation, operation, and maintenance of technical equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance to guarantee reliability and optimal efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams across the Group’s five clusters to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that could impact operational continuity.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment management and lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise in equipment engineering.
• Proven ability to plan and manage complex technical projects.
• Experience working in an international, multi‑cluster environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to operational reliability.
