Export Manager

About the role

Azizi Foods is seeking an Export Manager to lead the international sales of its food products from its Dubai hub. The role involves understanding market dynamics, cultural nuances and consumer preferences across target countries, and translating that insight into profitable export strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate international shipments, ensuring compliance with export regulations.
• Negotiate with shippers, agents, vendors and provide high‑level customer service.
• Prepare quotations, tender documents and finalize contracts for large orders.
• Track invoices, generate billing reports and monitor order processing.
• Develop marketing plans, budgets and sales reports for senior management.
• Organise sales briefings, attend trade fairs and represent the company at international events.
• Produce market analysis reports and communicate findings to the Board.
• Handle customer complaints and queries promptly.

Required profile

• Existing portfolio of customers and distributors in international markets.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain processes and export laws.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and travel abroad as needed.
• Degree in economics, business or accounting is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation and customer‑service skills.
• Self‑motivated, hardworking and capable of autonomous decision‑making.

• IT literacy and strong administrative abilities.
• Foreign language proficiency (preferred).
